Thanks for explaining to me what cream crackered means. I know what it's like to be extremely tired. I know I appreciate it when I can get rest. Sometimes it's not always easy, though.

So I left for a while, and now back reading reading heavy stuff.

This is what I do

Watch your actions, they become habits.

Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.

When I catch myself falling into negative territory I go out and focus on positive things. It's not easy when you are down - but look and you will find.

I have always appreciated that saying...it's very true. That is why I try to be careful with what I am around, because what I am around will influence me and take away my self-awareness of what I am thinking, and of course, what I am thinking will turn into words, and so on and so forth. It is very hard to be conscious of what you're thinking and how it affects you, but it is worth it!

I slept pretty well Thankfully I've been getting good sleep. I seem to knock myself out with Ibuprofen, Tylenol, and Benedryl at the end of the day...and that helps all the discomfort melt away enough so I can sleep really well I can feel a cold front coming in...can feel it in my bones...it's going to be 24 tomorrow..brrrrr

We're finally getting a little sun here. It rained for a couple of weeks there. We don't even have any snow left, to speak of. I actually want a big snow storm, just so everything looks pretty again! The sun has been nice though.

The sun is a good thing. I really prefer the sun. It just makes things so bright and happy. Snow is ok if it's not a lot. And I like to see snow caps on the mountains, as it is beautiful and majestic. But as far as on the valley floors, I just don't care for it, especially if I have to drive in it.

The house I used to work in was always shut up tight, no natural light at all, and I always felt like it was hard to feel positive in that environment. I like to keep the blinds open during the day, too. The only time that I close the blinds during the day is when it's cloudy and gloomy outside. It just really starts to depress me. I love the natural light. I just think it's so beautiful. It starts getting dark here about 5 PM.

Baking sounds like a good project to do. And yum, yum, bacon does sound good!

I'm weird in that during the day I love the sun, but I'm always happy to see the night come because that is my "chill out" time...course that's ALL the time right now lol...but I love the dark in the sense that it brings me a time of day where I have no responsibilities and I get to talk to my favorite people and do whatever I want lol
