I'm the furthest thing from a mathematician or computer scientists (these areas of study intersect through the use of mathematical algorithms) and I'm certainly no physicists. So, I'm not quite understanding you here, by your use of the word "physical" (being cognizant of the material composition of computers) unless you're meaning the abstract, non-material, algorithms?
But all matter is physical and computers and every component in them are made up of elements from the periodic table, so, in that case computers are limited physically.
God is not limited physically. Angels and saints (saints do not need hearts, blood, brains to live) are not limited to and restricted by the physical world by the laws of chemistry and physics that ensure their limitations.
If you die and go onto to live without a physical body then you will surpass anything AI can ever do or be.
