CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Fine. I going to get off the meds that I'm on. One is a benzo that I've been on weeks the other Lexapro which was for my OCD is causing some side effects that I didn't have before when I was on it.
So I'll have to look for alternatives for my OCD and anxiety. Natural or otherwise.

Yeah Sleepy Hollow is a good show. Fine actors and it's not like your typical horror show it's more a super natural drama. I like the characters and Crane is so funny trying to build a life in a new modern time.
I just wondering if the Horsemen will turn good. Looks like the Headless Horseman is starting to feel compassion and sympathy unlike what he was in season 1. And I'm hoping Henry does the right thing and turns on Moloch.

I have also heard of this stuff called GABA that can really help the mind calm down..my husband takes it so that his brain will calm down at night so he can sleep. It's natural...I have no idea what it is, but it really helps him.
