50% is terrible.
If it's 50% say it's good for society, 49% say no effect on society, 1% say it's bad for society, I'd count that as pretty good.

1. We don't all come from a common ancestor.
2. If God didn't care about not mixing seeds why write about it?
That's the topic of the discussionWhy does something have to be "good for America"??
At any rate, I have 4 beautiful nieces and one handsome nephew as a result of one interracial marriage.
One thing we've noted over the 20 years they've been married, though, is that most of the backlash they receive is from other black people, especially my SIL. Just recently someone asked her why a Brother wasn't good enough for her. :o
No, I do not believe either of those.
No, they do not chew their cud. They eat their own droppings.
The bible has many authors as you can tell by the naming of the chapters. It was put together by committee at the council of Nicaea.
First Council of Nicaea - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
These are historical facts.
This is what I've witnessed among all of the people I personally know that are in interracial relationships. One friend of mine gets harassed by total strangers who think it is their right to tell her she needs to date only black guys. Why does something have to be "good for America"??

Your OP suggests that they asked if it was good for society. My question is exactly how is it good for society, in this case American societyThe Pew Research question only asked if they felt it was okay for different races to marry. This is considered good for society because more people are seeing that race should not be a factor in determining a mate. Race is like hair or eye color; it is a good thing that people do not consider skin color as something wholly different. They're not saying that interracial marriage is good, they're saying the trend is good because it shows that skin color matters less.
No...we did not all originate from Adam and Eve....that belief is nonsense.
As for the differences? You must ask God why He thought it "very good" to create the wonderful variety in the beginning and set boundaries.

Within humanity are various races...they differ from one another....all are human and yet there are differences. Why? I don't know but we were made this way. Why change what He created?
Within the animal kingdom...many varieties and yet all are animals. Within the plant species...many varieties and yet all are plants.
Personally I am very uncomfortable with this, especially in the United States. I believe it partly destroys the uniqueness of cultures and peoples.
Who then do you see as the "common ancestor" you spoke of?
I think you're splitting hares (LOL).
Being "put together" and authoring the Words are not the same thing.
I'm white and am marrying a black woman. We've dated for nearly 4 years now. Maybe some people do have negative thoughts about it, but we've never heard them. I'm sure it benefits us that we live in a moderately progressive city. I have a few relatives that I know to be racist, but even they've not said anything to either of us.
And...where is that written?
You found a quote talking about plants and applied it to humans.Nope..no chance. I didn't write the "little quotes," I quoted them.![]()
