Are you more interested in following the Biblical instruction to dress modestly? Or are you more interested in seeing what you can get away with wearing?

I don't follow a great amount of Biblical "instructions".

So, no. I'd much rather follow what I've learned through meditation and talking with the source Himself. Far too many human hands have molded the Bible to me, though there are still some great lessons within it.

So long as they are worn at the appropriate place - the pool or the beach or in your back yard, i.e. preferably not in Wal Mart which is as grungy as wearing PJ's to WM and yes, I've seen both - then bikinis are fine. A lot of Christians are obsessed with sex and want to blame an attractive woman for getting them all riled up. It's kind of sad. And then it's her fault of course, for being a jezebel, and not his for being a creep. Wear your bikini and enjoy it. You won't be young forever! (That said, I still wear one )

Well, exactly; if you asked the average person in these places if they thought bikini tops were too immodest, chances are they might think you meant, are they too modest? seeing as toplessness is widespread, away from the US (not that I advocate it).

Up here in Canada, a court has established that women have the right to go topless (not that I think it's a good idea!)

The amount of clothing is not going to stop lust as ...eskimoes get excited too....also it being all girls can be about vanity also....God is a judge of the motives of your heart....so be modest and let the spirit of God show yoj what that means

I do not see any issue with bikinis other than the fact that they won't protect you from the dangers of the sun. What's so immoral about the female form? The human body in general?

If I remember right, the places where a woman's "modesty" is talked about is referring to not flaunting her wealth, not even about her sexuality.
