Christians are here to lead others to Christ. But some people choose to ignore that part and want to focus on what's nice and rosy. Read the bible and you'll see that things aren't quite as rosy as you may think, and won't be getting any better, unless you think that the antichrist giving you exactly what you want when you want it is a positive thing, until the whole lake of fire thing. But at least it'll be warm! I guess you could focus on that part.

The threats of the pending antichrist - which have been going on for as long as Bibles were printed for all to read - doesn't terrify me, because the Bible tells me not to be afraid.

I don't have a problem with it at all; I love Star Trek. My wife has a Star Trek tattoo, and loves it even more than I do. But it is the product of a staunch atheist, the sort of person you say is a corrupt fool who commits abominable acts.
