A question I don't think creationists will answer.

No. All time is relative anyways,
I agree...to Christ!!! Like 2014 is.

what number or name we call the year isn't exactly a big deal.

God knows the number of hairs on your head (if any) and the number of stars. He has an appointed day for all His children to die. He set the seasons and times. We may not realize the big deal, but it may still be there.
Would it really matter if suddenly we all chose to label it as 2000 again?
Yes. The years refer to something. The final world leader will be gung ho to change times and seasons. Probably goodbye Christmas, goodbye 2014. But that won't last long at all.

You mean 2014 C.E. (common era) don't you?
Speaking of common, what is more common for actual people to use? Nerds and geeks aside.

Some who had changed are even changing back:)

“It is now our style to use the Christian calendar abbreviations BC and AD, if necessary, to designate years,” according to a new writing guide from the museum’s administration.
An official at the museum — which will soon be rebranded the Canadian Museum of History — said Tuesday there’s nothing religious about the change.
“There was a decision that we would be using those terms in documents intended for the public because it seemed to be a better, more understood term,” Patricia Lynch told the Ottawa Citizen. “And then for academic and scholarly stuff, we’ll be continuing to use CE and BCE. It has nothing to do with the Christian calendar. It has more to do with the fact that it’s considered common usage.”

NO, just countering your foolishness with more of the same.

Why are you complaining when others use your method of debate?
For one to use the Olympic calendar, one invokes this guy..

(the guy whose chariot it is..Zeus)

"They were held in honor of Zeus, and the Greeks gave them a mythological origin. Historical records indicate that they began in 776 BC in Olympia. "

Guess if he was real he would be sore that 2014 points only to Jesus!
