It's only unfortunate when believers don't know the scriptures:
1 John 3:8
He that committeth sin is of the devil; -
Spin it how you will from there genez
I am not arguing with that. For, when we sin our actions are representative of the actions of the devil. We are either resembling the Lord in our actions, or the devil.
There is no double standard employed by God in Christ with regards to sin. It's all demonic from thought to word to deed and starts with internal temptation of the tempter. If one has no perception or 'division' within them they will only think it's their own mind. It's not. But, you have presented it to mean that when a believer sins?
Temptation is not NOT possession. It is internal deception by the devil. That the devil is possessing the believer in that sin,
False equation.and is sharing in the experience with that sin simultaneously with the believer who is committing that sin. That equates to being momentary demon possessed.
The citing is directly from the KJV.That's how you altered the Word of God. Its a distortion of what it means.
The KJV does just fine. Soft soaping our sins with excuses and disconnecting them from the demonic is not required. Sin is demonic and leads to slaveship, when lust is fulfilled. The act is the LAST stage of sin. The first stage is internal, as previously noted to you from Matt. 13, Mark 7 and Luke 8 among many others. Why don't you try reading them sometime? Those are factual statements from Jesus.A better translation would read more like...
When anyone (a believer in view) commits/does a sin . . .he has become an agent of the devil/accuser/slanderer because the devil has sinned from the beginning.
Paul had evil present with him. Romans 7:21When you take on the actions of a certain person with power. You become an agent of that person.

It is not my point it is what the bible says. it is a biblical quote and it does not say that justification is not of Christ.IOW one doesn't need Jesus to be justified. The main trouble with your point is there are none as the Psalms point out.
Perhaps you can tell us why the rich young ruler left sad instead of rejoicing. Jesus didn't disagree with his testimony.
To remember God's holy Sabbath day as He has requested and in the light of the fact that Jesus says that is lord of the Sabbath is to turn away from from Him? That is foolish , stupid and ridiculous.Seems a good time to ask for Biblical support showing when and where God ever asked/commanded the Gentiles in Barbados to keep the sabbath.
Asking this in the past never produced a response, so I acknowledge that asking it is a waste of time and effort. You expect Christians to abandon God's rest and revert to the sabbath, which amounts to asking us to turn away from Jesus Christ.
So when Jesus said that the Sabbath was made for man He lied? Or man means Jews. Foolish people we are.The Law itself specifies the sabbath was exclusive to the children of Israel (Exodus 31:13). Your claim is contrary to the Law. You speak from darkness.
Isaiah 8:20
To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

So what is your point? The flesh isn't what Jesus redeemed.Sinless perfection of the flesh is not presented in the scriptures.

He that committeth sin is sinning with the devil. That's how you altered the Word of God. Its a distortion of what it means.

Must be a PEBKAC error.Sin is of the devil. Those who commit same are slaves of the devil.
There is no double standard employed by God in Christ with regards to sin. It's all demonic from thought to word to deed and starts with internal temptation of the tempter. If one has no perception or 'division' within them they will only think it's their own mind. It's not.

As it relates to this particular topic, Satan steals Word, including LAW from peoples hearts where the Word is sown. It is impossible to make Satan behave by applying law. We also know that the power of sin is the LAW and that is because of the association of LAW with SATAN's resistance to the law, which happens IN people.
So when people claim they are not sinners, they are in effect and for all intents and purposes, claiming the TEMPTER legal and they are also lying about being a factual sinner. So Satan has his petty little victory, in those kinds of lies.
That is why I speak out against Satan in these matters. It is not the people who are lying, but the one who is influencing them to LIE.
Paul had evil present with him. Romans 7:21
Paul had A MESSENGER OF SATAN in his own flesh. 2 Cor. 12:7
Paul had temptation IN, yes IN his flesh. Gal. 4:14
Paul was the chief of sinners after salvation. 1 Tim. 1:15
Paul did not LIE to us in these matters, but OPENLY EXPOSED his own factual conditions in relation to Satan and temptation. It is also the basis of a great deal of his other foundational teachings such as TWO VESSELS in the lump called 'me' in Romans 9. Our call as believers to PURGE ourselves from the vessel of dishonor in 2 Tim. 2:2 20-21.
He also shows that it was the spirit of slumber put upon the unbelievers of Israel that caused them NOT TO HEAR in Romans 11:8 and also in 2 Cor. 3:14 and again upon all unbelievers in 2 Cor. 4:4.
I know it is a difficult matter to come to grips with because IT IS A FACT. The adversary FIGHTS to not let us see these facts.
The LAW is against satan and all devils. THEY are utterly condemned by the LAW. Therefore the LAW stands against them and their WORKS.
And I thank God in Christ for that STAND.
To UPHOLD the law is to REVEAL them in man. It will also make them RESIST His LIGHT and they will fight to keep their pawns in the darkness of hypocrisy.
The Light of God in Christ is not fooled. He reveals all things. And will put down every power, rule and authority.
When Paul said that God will soon crush Satan under our feet, the proximity is where? Under our feet. We are to rule OVER that working.
We do not rule by lying or claiming the tempter legally obedient OR under grace.

So what is your point? The flesh isn't what Jesus redeemed.
We have know this for a long time.It is not my point it is what the bible says.
OK, basically you say there is no such thing as salvation. So since there is no hope we're really engaging in nothing but foolishness and wasting time.On this subject let's just get clear.
NO believers evil or sin is under Grace. That is not the case.
And every believers sin and evil is revealed, judged and condemned under the LAW.
Our Christian hope is for the RELEASE from sins plague in a NEW REDEEMED BODY.
Divide there and you may all learn to get along and not have to throw away the scriptures.
s
You can leave off from your insults and try to have content discussion.
Petty nonsense.
Who gave you permission to speak for me? I've never sought to justify any sin, personal or otherwise.Every believer in this thread seeks to justify their sins under the flag of 'legal obedience' or 'grace.'
When you learn to condemn your own sin under the law as it is meant to be condemned, then the law is being used properly.
None of you would seek to 'freepass' your sin under grace.
None of you would seek to cover up your sin by 'legal obedience.'
Jesus condemned sin in sinful flesh. So deal with that fact.
Nobody's sin is getting past the CROSS. Nor is the DEVIL who is behind that sin getting into heaven or past the CROSS.
The sin we all bear in our body is every bit a service in JUDGMENT against the DEVIL who will assuredly be put away PERMANENTLY for that deception.
Why you all seek to 'excuse' the devil is statement enough about what's in yer heads.
s
You insist the Christian is still in their sins (and lifestyle with no change) while the New Testament repeatedly states otherwise.Where do you get such nonsense from? If you want to pluck things from thin air and debate them leave me out of it.
