Right now we have sunny skies with a slight breeze, and temps in the 70's.
This afternoon becoming a bit more humid with highs @ 85, and lows tonight @ 65.

It's raining, it's pouring, the plants are getting wet

It has been cool and cloudy all day. It rained last night, we got nearly half an inch out of it. Today's high was 65F, right now it's 60F and it will sink into the mid 50s tonight. Not over warm for tomorrow either. It's July in Chicago, but right now only the calendar proves that.

It started out bright and warm
however, once the clouds became established
we received several 'bouts' of rain showers

As I write, the room is again being lightened with sunshine
Weather forecasts, predict heavier rainfalls for other areas
Let us hope, it doesn't do a great deal of damage
as the rain is not soaking away too quickly
resulting in an increased-risk of flash flooding

Temps are 24.C / 76.F at present

We've just had our "high" for today, it got to 67F under partly cloudy skies. Going down to 50F tonight, then to 76F tomorrow under partly sunny skies.

A glorious day.....Sunny, breezy, dry air and 75 (high @ 80 and low tonight @ 55)
This is forecast for the next week, with only a couple chances for showers/t-storms Thursday and Sunday nights.

Its 65 degrees here at 12:20PM just south of Seattle- with a supposed high of 78. Really doubt it'll get there today!

That's odd. Last I knew, it seems rain and Western Washington State are synonyms. The officials have a job countering fears of the public when the sun comes out-- nobody's ever seen it so they're scared.

Eastern Washington State tends to run dry though. The mountains wring all of the moisture out of the air so there's not much rain East of the mountains.
