A vineyard which has thousands of fruit, and it worths a lot of money.

The vineyard keeps most of the property, some money is given to the yard keepers.

"my lover" refers to the master (owner) of the vineyard. In this case, it apparently refers to Solomon. Why are you disappointed on that? Solomon is the owner of the vineyard. Should everything and everyone in the vineyard eagerly expect the arrival of their master?
