I'm a-the-ist only in the sense that "i am" a self. But that's a self who deffinitely believes in GOD. I'm also a self who has been born into a fallen world of sin,and death. A self who isn't to proud to know,and understand that he needs GOD'S forgiveness,and HIS SON to be my SAVIOUR. For HE is the only ONE who has the power,and authority to forgive sins,and redeem sinners. Something no man ever claimed HE could do except GOD.

Mat_9:2 And behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, be of good cheer; thy sins are forgiven.
Mat_9:6 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath authority on earth to forgive sins (then saith he to the sick of the palsy), Arise, and take up thy bed, and go up unto thy house.

So why do you dislike GOD for claiming that HE also is a SELF.
Exo 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

Looks like GOD is more like you than you thought. Yet HE is the only ONE who can RIGHTEOUSLY be A-THE-IST. Because HE KNOWS EVERYTHING.

Ok, so you have two examples of Atheists that advocate burning Churches... (Well, actually one Atheist, and a guy that owned a book about Atheism that we don't know is an Atheist or not). Since you are tying that to morals, are you trying to make the case that all Atheists (or a majority of Atheists) share the morals those two guys do?

only difference is that my illustration was not an isolated incidence. (well one was) but the other one was an entire camp of athiests allowing a concert to be played that had a band who sang about burning churches for fun.

In another thread, in a differn't part of the forum we discussed a Christian group that was having a white pride rally in Alabama.

I certianly don't hold YOU or Christianity responcable for the actions of some bigots who happen to call themselves Christians. But then again I actually do treat others in a way I think is fair that I should be treated.

That's exactly what self-righteous Christians such as yourself are doing every time you talk about any non-believer suffering eternal torment, or trying to paint us as immoral people.

The difference is, I can tell the difference between individual Christians doing immoral acts, and the bulk of Christianity endorsing or doing immoral acts. I recognize the actions of a few are not indicative of the feelings of all.

It's amazing how you can't see through your own bigotry. Labelling an entire demographic of people based on a poster is flat out ignorant.

You want to know why we're on forums like this? To fight ignorance and slander propagated by morons such as yourself.
