Shari, thank you for stepping out and reminding us all. If you did step on toes (which I can't see that you did) they needed to be stepped on. It's quite well timed as I was thinking about this last night. I know I am an secretive person, but there is sometimes reason to be.
Nice hair btw. I don't know if it's the light or just it's natural colour, but it looks great.

And I understand the need to be secretive. It can be a good thing for sure. You seem to have found a good balance - you're not shutting people out but you're also not giving your whole life away to strangers.

More or less, yes that is my goofy lookin mug and man hearing myself on this camera makes me wanna become a mute..... is that normal? Plus I usually drive much faster but I figured I would just have a relaxing drive.

I cut out a bit of it, like me screaming at the road kill and all the trash cans in the middle of the street and construction..... it just seemed to weird.

Ha ha, whenever I record myself I don't like the way my voice sounds. I think it's normal to feel that way. You didn't sound too weird though jk

Just focusing on running for the moment. I'll probably save the Ironman thing for next summer, as I'm an aweful swimmer and haven't riden a bike for a few years. It's definitely a challenge I'm looking forward too, but since the Ironman event cost upwards of $600, it's not something I want to do halfway. When I do it, I want to make sure I'm relatively skilled at all the events and that I'm sure will take more than a few months to develop. Right now I'm just working on developing my cardiovascular capacity. But yeah, I'm definitely still shooting for an Ironman. Thanks for asking.
