I think you are forgetting that Adam and Eve's genes were "perfect." Thus, there were no detrimental recessive alleles until after "The Fall." The bigger problem is where did all the variety of alleles in human populations come from. Certainly not from two people in just 6,000 years.

Perhaps you may want to read your Bible. For some reason people skip over all the geneologys. The Bible does not claim any more people then what is listed in the geneologys came from Adam and Eve. People read things into it that are not there. The decendants of Adam and Eve are the Hebrews, the Jewish people. This is their history book. All the rest were adopted into the family. We were grafted into the tree. We are not the Biological decendants of Abraham. Unless it is though a handmaid somewhere. But only the children of Abrahams wife Sarah count as the children of the promise. The Children that Abraham had with the other women fall under a different promise and a different covenant. Perhaps this is all to difficult for you to grasp the concept of right now. But perhaps someday you will understand. Perhaps someday Science will catchup with the Bible and they will be able to explain it to you. Or perhaps someday you will actually read the Bible rather than to fight against the God that created you. So you can perhaps come to a saving knowledge of the truth and come out of all your lies, deception and falsehoods. So you can walk in the light and not in darkness.

If you read your science book you will see that people have been around a lot longer then Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Cain got a wife in the land of Nod where he moved to. Noah and his sons already had wives before the flood.

Given that God told Adam to replenish the earth, and given that things back then were much purer than today -- meaning Eve was at maximum fertility -- it is not stretching it to suppose that Adam & Eve had many children in that 130-year period of time; and that their children had children, etc.

(same goes for Noah).

God blessed Noah and his family and told them to replenish the earth as well.

Adam and Eve weren't the first Jews. The descendants of Jacob were Jews. There were many descendants of Adam and Eve that weren't Jews. Plus, the Covenant wasn't in play until much later after Adam and Eve.
