  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

As long as the Van Allen Belt stays up and keeps all that stuff in place we should be ok.
Heh, they don't keep stuff up there. The charged particles that are trapped in the Van Allen belts tends to collide with the Earth near the poles. This is what causes the auroras. There's just not enough anti-matter up there to make any significant difference (obviously).

Why do England have a seperate flag from Great Britain?
Many countries have a national flag, and separate flags for their constituent sub-groups. The Union Jack is made up of the flags of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland (though Wales is conspicuously missing :p).

The welsh flag has only officially existed since 1959. Besides the English flag is based on St George's flag and having a dragon alongside it just wont do! Bad form and all that! :p

I found a great tea sortiment with african rooibos with it.. Even though rooibos is actually not a tea it is bark from a tree. My question is what effects is there of tea, is it a stimulant or is it a depressant?
Most teas have caffeine and are therefore stimulants. I'm not aware of any that include depressants.

Most teas have caffeine in them, so they're stimulants (I have decaffeinated Earl Grey in my cupboard, it's not half bad). I'm not aware of any tea that's a depressant, though.

The similarity of our responses is a little creepy.
