Actually, there are two incidences where I was in that situation.
It was a very autonomic experience on my part, and it infuriated the person I was talking to, to the point where she requested a vacating of the premises.

I was caned in school for laughing uncontrollably in class! This type of laughter is something no one can control!

He did try to compose himself. I also heard that it was his first show, and he didn't know that the guests had that problem. He felt that the producers didn't tell him on purpose so that he would get fired.

I asked this very question to some Baptist missionaries in Africa and they told me that English was exempt since it replaced Hebrew as God's chosen language. In fact they said that Jesus himself spoke only English and it is a lie that he spoke Aramaic. Go figure
