I think this may be single awareness week for me... the other night a friend (jokingly) told me she was going to introduce me to a woman at her church who, in her words, has a part-time ministry in match-making. The same night at work the security guard made a big fuss over the fact that I'm not married and told me i need to find myself a man. and just today I met someone at church for the first time and the first thing she asked me is if i was married and then she gave me a mini pep-talk about how I have plenty of time to find my husband.

I just have one thing to say in light of all of that: oy.

Don't you just "love" those kind of days....

The only people I know who have hundreds of FB friends are not necessarily all that sociable (or in a relationship), but just play FB games where friends are helpful...like Farmville or Mafia Wars.

Or like me....and have a hard time saying no.

I'm seriously going to do some cleaning up on there this week.

Hmm, I've gotten a few emails from a lad on CCafe... he's got a BRAIN... that alone nearly gave me a heart attack! He's witty, he's sharp, he can spell and punctuate! And he loves medieval history and Ren fairs! I may be swooning. I just may be. As always, I have to give him a weird name. He shall be known as Cool Guy.

REJECTER MAN keeps asking me out. Lord a' mercy. I keep trying to gently turn the conversations back to friendship. I don't think he's getting it. And since he told me the last girl (the one he dissed me for) "wasn't ready for a relationship", I'm wondering if he did the same thing to her; rushed her. And when she was like "Dude, we've been talking for like two weeks, chill out", he deemed her "not ready for a relationship" and came back to me. I won't be surprised if I get an email saying "Sorry, but I've met someone that I'm really interested in..." pretty soon lol.

I feel you. My boyfriend thinks that visiting his parents for twelve days beginning the day after tomorrow is more important then 24/7 dating me when he's got an easter holiday LOL. We'll see what I have for him afterwards... Maybe take him to MY parent's place?
