And Crystal, he keeps telling me that I'm beautiful now, so... :more shrugs:... I can't shake the "desperate and guilty" vibe lol.

sounds to me like he's probably feeling shy and/or intimidated. Could be because he knows he screwed things up the first time around he's not sure if you'd be okay with it. but it also sounds like he needs to be more open and assertive with what he's thinking/feeling.

Ethnog's right though. I don't believe it's ever too late to apologize... but sometimes it can be too late to apologize and not have any lasting ramifications of those actions that require the apology to destroy an existing or potentially good relationship. It may not be too late for him to apologize, but it may be too late for him to have a chance with her.

Well, he might be nice and good and all that jazz, but if he isn't INTERESTING.. like, if he can't keep my mind engaged and impressed, then it's just not gonna happen. He'd have to be super-nice, super-good, and super-handsome to keep my interest if he lacked intelligence and wit I'd rather be with an average-looking genius any day.
