CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Thank you Colleen and I too understand the cigarette smoke....it's like my lungs shut down...it won't let me get a breath!
But down here in GA the pollen is soooooo thick and everything is layered in yellow. Plus it doesn't help that I'm also allergic to grass as well as the trees and flowers. Makes for an interesting season!

I truly feel for you. I have never been to your neck of the woods but I would imagine there are some rather beautiful nature scenes. However, from what you describe, I don't think I would like the pollen.

I'm okay. Thanks for asking. I've been in a weird mood these last few days. I seem to be bored despite all the stuff I've got to do. I guess one could be bored while doing something. I bought this fancy tea while I was on my trip and despite me setting the timer I over brewed it and it was bitter. May be this time around, the third try, will be the time I get it just right. Hope things are okay in your neck of the woods.
