It's an English thing, you spend so long being told it's colour that color irks you.

Isn't "Armor" and "Flavor"... or "Candor" the same?

Yes, but it's only using bbcode that I come across color almost every day.

Armour, flavour, candour, palaeontology, honour, rumour, centre, humour, favourite, theatre, kilometre, cosy, realise .... it goes on and on Really is just a schooling thing though, and if it bothered me too much I shouldn't join primarily American forums

Well if it helps, I like the ways you spell it better

I use the English spelling for those words. It sounds better when you put a hint of the extra "u" in there. Gives it more flavour.

I can't standing hearing the word "balance" from a certain person in my life.

I also can't stand hearing a man say "submit woman" in a joking way because I feel like submission is a gift a man should apprecaite, not joke about.
