I said "assume". What you said is a different concern. We are talking about Book worshiping.
It was AV who said that when KJV disagrees with the original texts it is the original texts that are wrong. We are talking about a specific book worshipper here not some assumed construct. While this not match the illogic of embedded age it is a blazingly illogical statement. Do you agree with AV? Does the KJV translation trump the original texts?

Er.

When I was in school I obeyed the teacher. Does that mean I was worshiping them?

Joh 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Joh 17:17 ¶ Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

Actually, that's closer to the Truth than you think.

Any professional waiter can tell you that when a diner is finished with his meal, he will crumple his napkin and lay it on the table as a signal that he is done.

However, when he leaves his table temporarily, with the intent of coming back, he will fold his napkin and lay it in his chair as a sign that he is coming back.

John 20:6 Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie,
John 20:7 And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.

No. We are talking about God and the Book wrote by God.
If you do not worship God, what do you do with a god?

Again, you side tracked the issue. I am not talking about any particular version of the Bible. I simply mean the Bible.

The issue is: Is Bible worship wrong? If a faithful does not worship the Bible, how should he treat the Bible?

Also, if you obeyed your teacher on anything he or she said at anytime, then yes, you are worshiping your teacher.

So you won't answer the question. Why am I not surprised?

This shows a wrong logic. Any translation is an interpretation of the original text. If you understood the original text in a different way, that does not mean a particular version of translation is wrong.

If you are capable, you read the original text. That does not mean your understanding (directly from the text) is better than what's said in KJV.

so the 30 plus thousand sects based on different translations are, what exactly? all wrong but one? or different doesnt mean wrong, just that two things that are not the same are both right. do burn witches, dont burn witches, its all the same.

there is no "original text" anyway.

You have not made any progress in these days. What a waste.

LOL! What progress have you made, Juvie? Figure out what science is yet? Have you figured out if plants are alive, or a life, or a live, or maybe semi-alife?

God continuously gives me many new understandings almost on a daily basis (yes, include the issues of plant, music, bacteria, etc.). God tells me that if chance is given, I should share it with others. But, as a weak human like Jonah, I don't like to share it with people like you (in case the story of Jonah is not clear to you, please read the very short Book of Jonah). Since you did not ask me, but laugh at me, I take it as a situation that the chance is not given.
