Either that, or based on where the prostate is, god intended a different, more recreational, use for the part (given that Eden was supposed to be a pleasurable paradise) and then later co-opted it for waste disposal.

We do know that genealogies were very important to people of those cultures. Even the Bible relies on them to reveal important relationships. However, this could not have been what Paul was talking about. Rather he was talking about a concept that was to appear on our radar screen some 2,000 years later?

Really AV! So even though he makes no mention of, say, historical societies, Paul must have been speaking of those too? And of course, if I have some dislike of genealogical societies, then Paul was referring to those as well. He could even have been referring to debating societies. Perhaps even aircraft and ships, if I want it that way.

So, other than your dislike ToE, how do you know that Paul was referring to ToE?

Well again, since we are into making our own interpretations of the Bible up, then if one snake can talk, many can talk.

Thus, "snakes", even though Gen 1 only mentions one serpent.

Step 1: Read post.
Step 2: Realise post exposes the 10,000s of holes in own interpretation of the Bible that he blindly believes, without question.
Step 3: Realise a reasonable, educated rebuttal is beyond capabilities.
Step 4: Blank out most of the post.
Step 5: Reply to a completely inconsequential and irrelevant part of the post.
Step 6: Cry in the corner and hope the evil, evil logic goes away.

What I use paintings of Adam for are only to demonstrate the collective agreement among the masses as to Adam's age --- that's all.

What I think of paintings of [what you guys think is] Jesus would probably get me a yellow card (if you know what I'm saying).

My last one just expired on the 11th.
