# 3346 used 6 times in 6 verses according to ISA. 1 time in Acts, 1 time here in this verse, 3 times in Hebrews and 1 time in Jude.

Different versions render this word differently and so I will let those here decide the most appropriate english rendering.
The ISA uses "transferred", some use "deserting" and some use "removed"

1:6 I am marvelling that thus swiftly ye are being transferred/metatiqesqe <3346> (5727) from the One-calling ye in grace of Christ into a different well-message

Strong's Number G3346 matches the Greek μετατίθημι (metatithēmi), which occurs 7 times in 5 verses in the Greek concordance of the KJV

3346. metatithemi met-at-ith'-ay-mee from 3326 and 5087; to transfer, i.e. (literally) transport, (by implication) exchange, (reflexively) change sides, or (figuratively) pervert:--carry over, change, remove, translate, turn
3326. meta met-ah' a primary preposition (often used adverbially); properly, denoting accompaniment; "amid" (local or causal); modified variously according to the case (genitive association, or accusative succession) with which it is joined;
5087. tithemi tith'-ay-mee, a prolonged form of a primary theo theh'-o (which is used only as alternate in certain tenses) to place (in the widest application, literally and figuratively;
I wonder if this other gospel was a subtle change, knowing how crafty the enemy is. Reminds me of when Paul said he feared that as Eve was deceived by the subtlety of the serpent, their minds might be corrupted from their devotion to Christ. #4915 used 1 time in 1 verse. It is formed by the prefix #4862 and a form of the word #2244. Most versions render it as "contemporaries" and according to a lexicon it appears to symbolize "together maturity or stature". I must admit I had a little difficulty rendering some of the greek words in this verse.

1:14 And I progressed in the Judaism over many together-matured/sunhlikiwtaV <4915> in the race of me. More exceedingly zealous beginning-under the fathers of me traditions

this is deeper than deep, isn't it? And it's a hint at why un-believers see things so differently or rather don't see things ...it frustrates me at times...but then i remember WHO reveals what there is to see, in HIS own timing.

God Father of the One rousing Him (Jesus) out of the dead ones.

God Father of the One rousing Him....now Who would be "God Father" of the "One" rousing Him from the dead ones?

(Isa 9:6) For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

(Joh 10:30) I and my Father are one.

(Joh 14:8) Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
(Joh 14:9) Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

(Joh 10:17) Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
(Joh 10:18) No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

(Rom 8:9) But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
(Rom 8:10) And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
(Rom 8:11) But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
(Rom 8:14) For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
(Rom 8:15) For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

(Joh 10:30) I and my Father are one.

This verse... (as in KJV)
(Gal 1:4)
Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:

is an exact exegetical fulfillment of Gen 22:8

(Gen 22:8) And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himselfa lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.

God provided Himself (as) a Lamb.

(Isa 59:16) And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.
(Isa 59:17) For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloke.

(Luk 1:51) He hath shewed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.

(Act 20:28) Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

#3344 used 3 times in 3 verses. Acts 1:20, Gala 1:7 and James 4:9. Versions render it as "distort/pervert/change". The form of it used in Acts 1:20 concerning" the sun turning into darkness" is interesting.

I wonder if this other gospel was a subtle change, knowing how crafty the enemy is. Reminds me of when Paul said he feared that as Eve was deceived by the subtlety of the serpent, their minds might be corrupted from their devotion to Christ. Grace, and it's gospel message always brings about devotion to Christ, and fellowship with Him. :bow:

This is that "other gospel" they were preaching...
