  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi Mari-chan. I see that's your first post. I'm glad you chose to join and participate. I suggest you make a post in the New Member Intros forum and get to know some people. And feel free to participate in the games and discussions we've got here.

As far as Japan, I went there for a week for school once, and I liked it. Not too big a fan of anime, but i'm not against it. :)

I LOVE Anima and manga. Ive been watching "Naruto Shippuden" Even though its in japaneese i just read the subtitles..

Im Reading a bunch of manga too. "Fruits Basket" Is like my all time Favorite! :cool:

Well.. when i was like 8 years old my brother Adam got me addicted to anime.. Then later when i was 12 We moved to California and then my brother showed me manga. :p
