Yesterday at school
Yesterday was a joint symposium with my all girls school and the all guys school
Everyone was pretty excited cause the guys where comming
One of our tasks was to do a presentation on two heros and at the end of it say who is a better hero
The two hero's my group was given where David Attenbrough and Charles darwin
Our group found some props and costumes from the art and drama studio's and had fun dressing up and chucking a rubber chicken(it was a finch for pretend purposes,Darwin studied finches) at each other
We decided to present it in a fake martial arts sort of way eg:
David Attenbrough was made a knight-Attenbrough fly kicks darwin
We picked darwin as the better hero,because we had a cool song to go with it.And we danced to thriller infront of everyone But in the middle of my dance my fake moustache fell off and and this guy shouted out "Its a girl!!!!"
our group came first out of all the groups and we got chocolate
Lots of other funny things happened too
-One of the guys needed the toilet and our school does not have guys toilets,and it was pouring with rain,anyway my "friends" nominated me to run with him to the petrol station wich is a good 10 minute jog away.I got drenched and my hair went frizzy.The funny thing was the looks we got from the two old ladies at the petrol station and the comments about todays youth
-One of my friends dressed as Hitler had a french accent and she couldnt figure out why everyone was laughing

You just gave me the funniest images ever, I especially like the "It's a girl!!!!" bit. Your school sounds soo fun!! They never invite the boys over to my school!

At music Camp, My first class was percussion and my second was devotion in motion. But anyways.. At the end of the camp they gave out awards and I won a couple.
I Got a gold medal for best in percussion. ( I was the only girl out of like 6 other boys. )
And A Bronze medal for being an Honar Camper. Soo like Out of 112 campers i was 3rd best.
It was alot of fun though!

Thanks... I'm so glad to be at last almost finished with the work for this summer. I'll still have a shift from 6.30-12.30 tomorrow, but then I'll have a couple of weeks of real holiday, yay. I'm so sick of working already...
