In light of this one closing, I thought I'd start another one.

So, do you?

I have a little crush on this one guy, he lives in the city I am about to move to... all I know is his middle name hahaha. He's sweet though. I met him at a store it was very cute.

I was visiting one of my really good friends for a week and I had to go to the store cause I was going to cook dinner. We walked in at the same time... he opened the door of corse, and I said, "Thank you." He said, "anytime" I thought that was kind of funny cause this would probably be the only time we see each other. We went our seperate ways and then we wound up at the same checkout... he was behind me... and I get very self conscious when there is a cute guy behind me cause I'm not gonna lie I have a big butt . We made small talk and he asked what I was cooking... I was cooking pizza so I was showing him and telling him how I was going to do it and everything. And he was joking with me about how he would love for me to come and cook for him anytime lol. He was very funny. I checked out and was pushing my stuff out the door and he asked my name I told him "Mallory.. but my friends call me Mally." He said, "I hope to see you around Mally."
Not even 24 hours later I was at QuikTrip and there he was! I'm totally not joking! I was getting gas and I saw him getting gas about 3 pumps down... lol.. so I just laughed and thought I wonder if he's stalking me... lol I went inside to pay and saw him getting a drink and I couldn't help myself... I walked over there and got one too... and he was so surprised to see me. He laughed at me and said "Are you following me miss?" I laughed and told him no and that I thought the same thing about him. Lol.. We walked to the counter together and then walked out and he opened the door for me again I said "Thanks again." and he said "Anytime!" lol I asked him his name and he said "All my friends call me by my middle name.. Caudy." So I only know his middle name... lol.. I called Emma (my friend) as soon as I got in the car and I asked her if she knew him cause it was kind of a small town... and she swears she never heard of him or seen anyone who looks like him lol. So I am hoping that God has his hand in this some way... because whats the chances of this?? lol.. but I'm moving up there after this semester... so hopefully I will see him again.

you know come think about it, there's this worker at McDonalds that i've crushed on for awhile now. i'll even at times pick the times i go through drive thru so i can get a glimpse of her ha.

she's pretty, very pretty in my opinion, looks around my age. and eye contact has never sat right with me, not a bad thing tho. i like eye contact with people, be it strangers or people i know. every single time i go there, she always kind of stares at me, like taking longer to look away than most people and has a very almost well not seductive but like she's eyeing me for lack of better way of expressing it look at me. like she's eyeing me look and when she hands me my change, she has left her hand on mine more often than not longer than most. i don't know her name, because i've been polite enough to not stare at her chest to get the name tag, because the height from the window of a car or truck, to the drive thru window, would make it look different than me trying to figure out her name.

so i don't know yet if that's me crushing on her, and two people showing very vague signs that we're crushing on another or if it is anything at all ha. just little things i'm not used to with interaction between two strangers or even people i know happening at mcdonalds with me and a girl, ha.

well its not set yet that i'm going to move but the options are there and it may be something i choose to do.
it would either be:
Russells Point, OH (an hour from where i live now)
or
Harrisburg, PA (about 7 hours where i live now)

Ohio is one of my favorite states. Probably just because my friend lives there, I don't actually know much of ohio itself. Why would you move? Just for a change of scenery?

no. i'm in search for a new job now. my mother and sister live in harrisburg, pa, and with harrisburg being a big city, the idea that there are more "probable" chances to find work, as compared to two small size towns is looking quite attracting. plus, it would be nice to be with my family again.

as well as it would be nice to be with my father and step-mother in russells point, ohio. russells point is a beautiful lake town. small town that is built around a huge lake. i would love to live by the water, or close to it, and its close to my hometown where i have many friends as well.

just trying to weigh in the options as well as staying where i am at now.

so with that little crush, i would hate if the options led me to a point that i had to move, and the chance for something to come from it, and then having to leave? i would just hate to even take that chance with either her heart and emotions or my own. so for me, i'm just finding it more rational to just not worry about it until i'm more for sure what the very near future is going to be.

a time limit? not like on a strict schedule, but in my opinion, the time limit will be, asap. i'm going to see how the job search goes over the next month. that's what i told my mom today on the phone and then make my choice on what makes the most sense.

and that logic over emotions, i couldn't agree more. i at times have wondered, "am i too cautious with the feelings? why not go with it right? why not go with a crush? what's the worst that could happen?" well the worst that could happen is, her and i actually grow close and then i have to say goodbye and i'm never good with goodbyes anyways, and i don't want to do anything bad intentionally to her or any woman for that matter. it would be done intentionally very well knowing what the possibilities beforehand of me being in this area could be. that possible scenario outweighs taking the big chance.

i just can't get the idea out of my head that you put so well. "everything has the potential to be a big deal" and that to me is something that, well i would think, one should be very cautious over. i could ask that girl out, she could say yes and we have a great time. feelings could grow even. then the time comes, ok, i need to move, now what? i have to basically throw away what happened, which could have been avoided entirely by just being calm and think about the situation.

then let's say i do stick around this area, and then the immediate future does not seem so "up in the air" then, i very well could, go and ask her, and the very same possible answers that she could give will be the same as it is right now.

There seems to be a lot more harm in jumping the gun than waiting, especially if emotions are involved. If you wait and then act, you might think "man I should have done this earlier!" but that is so much better than thinking "man I wish I could take that back."

As a girl, I hope that any boy that I ever date/interact with on that sort of level, will take his time before even deciding to consider anything. My heart was once broken by a guy who was like "we should have just been friends." You can make up for lost time, but not lose the time you've already spent.

Because I'm going to another school there to complete my Bachelor's degree. And plus, I've had a couple different studios offer me jobs.
