CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yeah. Same here, big time. Trying to figure out if God might be saying things to me (not an actual voice, per se, but series of events and stuff) or if my mind is just off someplace else recently.
Been thinking about a lot of spiritual things.
Anyway, here at work. Should be a quite day, so maybe I can check in as the day/night progresses.

Ok, I hope I am not too far out of line by posting this, but I wanted to ask this of some of you I have come to know and respect....
How much emphasis do you (or whatever church you belong to) put on the actual writings in the Bible?
There have been a number of threads lately disputing what might or might not be of God and how it relates to the Bible, so it got me wondering this and some other things.

Battling the enemy! LOL!!
Hubby and I are still working to get a ministry up and running. The last three nights I have had horrid nightmares. I'm always fighting thieves and cleaning my parents house. LOL!! Last night I beat a thief with drumsticks out of the house.
i know this is a mission from God and the enemy doesn't want it to happen. HAHAHA!!! he won't win!! God is greater!
So, to answer your question...I'm great!
