CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Thank you for telling me about Dec.12, Graceful. That was the date I met my husband. Your sharing this now is an answer to prayer.
Yesterday I asked God to please help me, about my new relationship with Mary. And He has given me more than one 'signal grace' to let me know that I am on the right path. Your post is one of those graces! It is amazing to me, looking back, seeing how Mary has been with us all along, I just did not know it. Jesus is working this in my life.

You know how I came across it? I was doing an image search for Joan of Arc! Nice surprise!
I was looking for images of her banner that she brought into battle with her. She had three different ones with different purposes. On one of them it says,
"she insisted the banner display the words, 'Jesus Crucified.'"
I wanted to share these cause I think they are beautiful. Her last words were, "Jesus! Jesus! Jesus!"

Shulamite I have that picture. I also know of a messianic congergation that has this picture hanging on the wall at the entrance of their sanctuary. How cool is that?

Lovely, loving sisters, thank you for lifting my spirits today. I have been depressed and concerned for the future, and wanting to spend my time sleeping and playing just to ease my mind. When I had the time to really set aside and concentrate, I read this and the Beloved Jesus thread to their current end. Please keep praying for us. I'm sure you do. And glory to God for His love!

I understand what you mean, I've been there many a time. I am glad you're encouraged coming here. It does have that effect, doesn't it!
I tend to be anxious about things...Jesus often reminds me of His words, "Which of you by being anxious, can add to the length of your life? You cannot do such a small thing- why do you worry about the rest?"
And I always like to remember how He said that God knows the fall of EVERY sparrow. Isn't that amazing? And the hairs on your head are all numbered...the Father knows what you need before you ask Him...seek Him first and all these things shall be added to you.
