My daughter still in school doesn't get off till next Thursday, and then only has 4 school days off. It's kinda weird that they split it between two different weeks.

I'm sorry, Suzy. I will pray for you. Yeah, my teens are off, too. This year we decided not to travel on spring break, but to read and garden.

Suzy - it has been a while, but I've been known to have ear infections as an adult - I can understand why they make babies and toddlers so fussy - they HURT!!!

All - while I might not have posted a ton here this week, this subforum generally and this thread specifically are where I spend most of my CF non-moderating time.

Even though we haven't met face to face, my Christian brothers and sisters here mean a lot to me. I value our fellowship time, our prayers on each others behalf, and yes - I enjoy our "fooling around" time.

Yeah, I really needed Friday this week Can you believe at nearly 40 I've come down with an ear infection? My kiddos never get it, yet here I sit with cotton in my ears and being cranky. LOL

oh dear lol

I know how bad ear infections hurt, I had one as a child and I'll never forget it. It made my equilibrium get imbalanced and I'd throw up any time I got off the couch or moved my head too much.

(GREAT if you're on a serious diet and need to lose alot of weight in a hurry)
Losing weight is about the only thing being sick can be good for.

I hope this isn't a bad one - mite need a Dr. for a prescription??

Been reading the thread and decided to give my 2 cents worth.

I love this little thread. The people who post here are special to me. I pray for everyone here and their families. I rejoice when things go well and I feel sad when things go bad. The last two weeks I haven't been on as much, 1st was my vacation then work went overwhelming.

I have noticed that lately there hasn't been as much fellowshipping as before, but I just chalked it up to everyone being really busy. I still smile when I see everyone's hellos' and good mornings. I love looking at the cute pictures. I am uplifted when people share bible verses. I believe that people care and want to chat but time just seems to be moving faster than usual.

Some people are more concerned about their reps than the fellowship. But you can't change that. That is just how they are. The only one I can change is me.

I had recently been in some heated and busy debate threads and trying to spend more time with my congregational areas that I 'lost touch' with for weeks while I spent all my time here....
I had more of a problem with trying to manage my time here and then in Alpha Stars where I joined... plus my daytime stuff I do here.

by nite time, I"m POOOOOOOOOPED and don't fellowship usually past 5pm. I go to bed around 7:30 pm & up at 3 am... so I've had struggles with juggling things.

I love everybody here and care about each one, I hope I haven't hurt or offended anyone, I just have a hard time keeping up -
