I'd give it a 7/10.

I've never heard Matchbox 20 before and was quite surprised to find that I actually liked that song.

Pluses for the song include - the energy and general vibe of the song. Also the vocals were sung fairly passionately.

Drawbacks for the song include - being a pop song it had a fairly simple song structure and it would be easy to tire of fairly quickly. As long as I only heard the song occassionaly on the radio though, I think I would continue to like it.
