Sounds like some are still not happy, come over to Christ Centered forums if you are not as many from CF went there.

If some folks are still not happy, I do hope they find what it is they are looking for, be it here or elswhere.

It is my wish they would stay, help out, assist, be an asset, a positive factor in working with those that do want to stay, that do want to make this a greater site for ALL to enjoy, learn, grow. And to saty and do so in in the mindset of bulding up, not tearing down

with that a verse comes to mind:

Col 3:17 "And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him."

what is done here is not for our glory or our getting a name or some earthly reward. if thats what some folks are looking for, well, you must ask yourself what is it that you are here to get/gain/accomplish/do/for?

Matthew 6: 1 thru 34, the whole chapter comes to mind.

just some more thoughts from a fellow site member who thinks this site is worth staying with and helping.

Ok. I started with the post that seemed to start the scriptural-type debate posts and any that seemed conected to that train of posts and they are now here:

I think I pretty well butchered it, but to be honest and at the risk of sounding like an idiot, there is a fly in my house whose mission in life seems to be to keep me from fully concentrating on anything. So it could be a mess, but I tried to get those type posts over there. I left posts which were directed to Erwin or responding to Erwin here.

I like the change. Just because a site doesn't have the name Christian in it doesn't mean it isn't a 'christian based' site. Frankly, alot of people on this site made it hard for non-christians to come here and find faith in the Lord. What good does it do to preach to the choir? I am thinking of how many people who do not believe in Yahweh and Yahshua that will be lead to them through this name change. The disciples weren't believers in Yahshua when He told them to 'follow me'. They were fishermen, tax collectors and even Paul was a murdered..not just a murderer but he murdered christians. Yahshua didn't exclude anyone from His ministry and therefor I believe this site shouldn't try to exclude anyone either.

To some extent I would agree.... but Erwin... a very, very bad job on protecting the Christian youth of this site. I've heard it many times of all the problems that have started in the teen forums since 7-7-7. On that alone, you shouldn't be happy with yourself...

You are correct. To each his own. That is true.
But..
there is something called respect. And, I see none there for him. He's a teacher of the Word of God, and no matter how he chooses to get it across, he touches many lives for the Kingdom of God.
Have your opinion, but show respect for those that teach the Word. He answers to the Almighty, not us.

They are very simply and right to the point and wrong, and misleading hundreds of thousands of people.
