Who will a child hear? The screaming parent who terrifies them with a whip? How long with their obedience last?

Until the moment they are out of site and away from the screaming parent. Then they will walk the path they choose and sometimes not so great. But the loving parent, the loving mentor who shows them the way by example and by precept is heard and the child sits at their feet because it is a blessing to be near them. The love that endures carries them when they are away and through out life.

If you frighten God's children away, you will be equally accountable.

Tell that to the guy who drags his kids to view this thread to teach them about Christian love.

Do I lack humility because I know that I am loving? I know I am loving because that is my mission in life and my focus. It was a statement, not a boastful declaration.

A true prophet KNOWS for SURE that God's truth is true. While a prophet who is a fraud wants the title and proclaim to know the truth when it is false. 1 John 4:1 (NIV) [ Test the Spirits ] Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. God will judge those who are false and the Holy Spirit helps us discern.

So. What's the consensus from the "End of the world camp?" Who's the biggest threat to CF? The evil mormons, the permissive pagans, the nasty non-nicenes, the skeptical atheists or the dolphin spouses?
