Pigs, humans and all other living beings extant today had a common ancestor back a few billion years. That is where several lines of scientific evidence lead, with no scientific evidence I know of to the contrary. Whether you dislike this or not is irrelevant, just like it would be irrelevant if you disliked some other scientific theory, like atomic theory, the germ theory of disease, E equals M times C squared, etc.

The fact that all life originates from the same source says nothing about our present relationships. E.g., humans are more technologically advanced than pigs. So? There may very well be extraterrestrials on many other planets that are far, far more advanced technologically than humans. If we found that out, would that make us scum? In such a scenario, would you cry yourself to sleep at night because you and yours are no longer the, ahem, top dogs in the universe?

Merely by you saying so? Homosexuality is an evolutionary dead-end. You can't reverse supposed "millions of years" of evolution in a couple decades. If homosexuals can't have children and reproduce themselves without any outside means, then it's a dead-end.

Pigs are often used as human analogs in various tests, experiments, drug trials, etc. There are a lot of similarities between pig and human organs physically. Are you bothered by being compared to a pig in this way? I'm certainly not, since doing so can sometimes lead to lifesaving treatment or technologies. There is nothing the slightest bit offensive about making simple comparisons between species. No one is saying that humans ARE pigs, or penguins, or monkeys, or whatever. We simply notice similarities in body and behavior.

Your profile says you are an evolutionist. Evolutions says all life shares a common ancestor, so we are like branches on a tree. Evolution is not a hierarchy from "lowest" to "highest" with humans at the top.
