CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Drooling at the idea of a German Bakerei, because I am sure any good German Bakerei has Schwarzwaelderkirschtorte in it!There is a cattery (raises Persians, I think).... that is called Tiramisu and I didn't know what it was until I saw some in our local German Bakerei... and they had some there. It looked delicious!I'll have to try it sometime.

If you have any left overs, you have a friend in Pittsburgh who loves German pastries...It sure does!! And her carrot cake is wonderful!!
She's from Austria, and her husband too. Too many delicious things there.... gotta try it all though.

How was work? Are you done now for 4 days?
Greg has his last high school band concert tonight. Their having a slide show for the seniors tonight. We had to give baby pictures all the way till his age now. He took a body builder picture and attached it to his head. He did a good job, although it was really creepy. We keep telling him that he shouldn't have done that because his teacher is going to put it in the slideshow. He said, No he won't, he'd never do that!
Well Kelsey was talking to the teacher and he said he is going to burn Greg tonight and use the picture.LOL

90 is nice until you have to cut the lawn in that heat and until you remember that the mill is always 10 degrees or more warmer than it is outside and thus it was about 100 in there today. However, the 100 is dry heat, so it is not that bad, except you have to wear long clothes in there at all times. Other than that, today was a slow, boring day. LOL! I am scheduled to work tomorrow, but they will probably call us off and thus will have either a 3 or 4 day weekend! WOOHOO!
Greg needs to be more careful about things like that!
