CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's the only room in the house that I can say is mine. My family doesn't help me with laundry because I'm very particular about how the clothes get done.
I know I need to let go and at least teach the kids, esp. my daughter, but it drives me nuts to let her do a load.

I'm going to be without my laptop tomorrow until about 4:00, because my son needs to take it to school.
It's going to be a sad day not being able to talk to all of you. Although, I'll probably get a lot of much needed work done around here!

OK, gonna put in some work around the house since turns out hubs only has to work half a day... YAY!!! He was up and off to work by 3:45 this morning and I couldn't go back to sleep for my life after he left. Finally passed out at 5 and slept til 8.

I got a lot done when hubs was at work and now I can chill for the rest of the day. No more laundry to do or put away!!!! YAY!
Tomorrow morning I go for my biometric for my Green Card in my new name.

No, I have yet to buy the primer and I still have some wet sanding to do of the drywall yet. It should be painted within the next 2 weeks. I also have this huge icon I am working on...

Good night!!! Hoping for a productive day tomorrow. Have my biometrics for green card in the morning and then the electricians will be here all day. They are great guys so at least I'll be able to run errands and so. Just hoping that the appointment goes quick... I have no desire to spend too much time with USCIS.
