That is wonderful news about the rain! I have faith also that God will satisfy all our needs, whether rain or anything else. ....The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want (be in need). He is always faithful and that is how we learn patience and to trust Him while we await His fulfillment of His promises.Good morning everyone.
The Lord is sending more rain onto His parched land here in Oz. We still need a lot more as the ground is so dry it is just soaking every drop up and we are not getting run off into the catchment areas, but I praise Him for giving us what He has so far.
The good Lord knows our needs and I am confident He will fulfil them.
My prayer is that the parched souls of this nation [and others] who are more determined on fulfilling their short term earthly desires rather than eternal ones will turn to Him and be replenished spiritually.
God bless my dear brothers and sisters in Doc's thread and all over CF.
Praise the Lord..That is wonderful...God is good...Hello everyone!
I just talked with a friend of mine that had a hard childhood. But now he talked with his parents about it, and they cried and prayed together! Now that they know about it they can support him. Praise the Lord!!

It's amazing that we can't fool Him. We can fool others, and ever ourselves, but our Lord sees right into our hearts; He sees our intent - and He knows us so much better than we know ourselves.A Humble Attitude
"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves." Philippians 2:3
God has arranged the members of the body of Christ just the way He wants them. That means He has assigned us our place in life as well as our work. Yet, how often do we consider a task below us or how often do we grumble when we don't get the recognition that we think we deserve.
The next time you are in a situation where you have the opportunity to serve another, ask yourself "why am I doing this?"
Be honest with yourself. Is it because you want to find favor in the eyes of your pastor or your friends?
Is it because you want to give people a certain impression of yourself? Or is it simply because you love Jesus and you desire to please Him?
Ask the Lord today to purify your desire to serve Him.
When I was younger I did things to please others (I wanted and liked to) but also to be liked or accepted. Now I try to do things so they don't know it is I that do them, or that they don't even see the thing that is done, so as to please the Lord and not to have the recognizion. Because it is not I that does it really, it is God that wills it and gives that grace.A Humble Attitude

Everyone have a great week. I have had a good start. I made a 100 on my college philosophy exam. First perfect score on any exam I have ever taken I believe.

It is not that we keep His commandments first, and that then He
loves; but that He loves us, and then we keep His commandments.
This is that grace, which is revealed to the humble, but hidden
from the proud.
