CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

OK. Of the 67 currently viewing TAW, Michael is whipping up scrumptious milkshakes to the first 10 who "come into the light!"
By the way, TAW has 67 viewing, the most on CF. OBOB is 2nd with 58, not that I'm keeping score or anything, just observing.

I think you did. Things are good here in The 'Burg. I did alot of yard work today and my garden is ready to be planted tomorrow. I am also planting some new trees in my yard to replace the trees which I had to cut down.The left coast, or Center of the Universe (as we like to call it), is doing fine.
How's things in the Steel City? I have mentioned that I lived there at one time, right?

Someone told me that some of the lurkers are ex-TAW members who just come to visit.

We must have interesting threads and polls often. It seems that there are normally a high number of guests frequenting TAW.

Hey it's almost summer, we've got to have a terrace... Plus we bless at least the chapel from the outside too...although I think it's more Father who likes to soak us with Holy Water in the process.
