CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm afraid you've been fooled by the thread title. There is an online game (though it's less a game than a communal world-builder) called "There" ( www.there.com ).

it's kind of like sims online there are 18 different things you can skill up and they even have clubs that hold live bible studies, on the main page there is a video advertisement you can check out it shows what its about pretty good. i've played more advanced (than there) online games before like world war two online and star wars galaxies and things like that but i like this the best(at the moment anywas, but I am looking around for another game to be my #1 and then this will be my 2, but there are so many to choose from). There's main competition is called second life, i don't like that one as much because it seems more just chatting. When I get on "there", I skill up and do quests, i dont just sit around and chat, if i wanted to chat i'd come here, I'm not trying to fool anyone. I figured only people who knew what it was would click this link, means how there's thousands of online games out there, and I'm sure all you already have a fav of your own. And most people only have time for one or two. I'm not trying to sell this game(I was only wondering if anyone was already in it), I have a few friends on there but I mostly put up what they call a "red hand" which means people can't contact me at all, now why would i get on a chat room and put up a no contact sign if that's all it was? but whatever you want to think. They do try to sell it more as a chat room but it's all what you want to do in it. Actually all my friends in there are friends i hang out with in real life. I'm not really into the online chatting thing, thats why im never on this site hardly at all and it took me so long to get back to you. I understand why yall don't like 3d chats, i agree with you, it's ridiculous.
