One thing though, because I had today off I'm going to have a 3 day weekend . I'm sort of not looking forward to Monday because I find out for sure whether I'll be finishing work at the end of May or April 20 (the day before we go on vacation).

Sounds like you are dealing with health & job stresses the same as me, just in the opposite way.

Good morning, Shadowcat! I hope you had a restful night & have found some peace. I had a nap & I feel better now. Sometimes I wonder if God speaks to us in our sleep. Many times I wake up feeling a sense of peace.

I was at the hospital all afternoon with my little boy (he has pneumonia ). So I could sure use a cup of coffee from the cafe', I haven't had any coffee today!

Good evening Invisible . My sleep last night was interrupted in the early hours when I awoke with a leg cramp (which happens occasionally and really smarts). I managed to get back to sleep though. Honestly I've never thought of God speaking to us in our sleep but now I think about it I'm sure it does happen - it's His way of letting us know He is in control and that nothing happens (even the unpleasant parts of life) without His say so. I hope you've had a wonderful day and hope you have a wonderful night.

did you get up real fast and walk on it? I used to get charlie horses ie leg cramps and my grandmother told me if I got up real fast as soon as I felt it, it would go away. I said, nooo, that would hurt. But, it doesn't hurt at all. It makes the muscle relax and no more cramp. If those things are allowed to continue it leaves the muscle sore, so also standing on it and makeing the muscle relax will keep it from being sore the next day. I walk on it too to make sure it's for real gone.

I just sat up in bed and pulled my toes towards my shin which caused the back of my leg to stretch - I did that a few times - it helped.
