PS)Walking on it right away helps me.

Do they sell Gatorade there? I keep some on hand at all times.......it REALLY helps to stop the leg cramps.

I'll wake up with a painful leg cramp.....or even get one in the day........have to walk it off.

If I drink some Gatorade.......no more cramps.

When am too lazy to go out and buy some (if out)...am sure to have more cramps.

Has something to do with low potassium......that causes muscle cramps.

Oh, wait.......forgot to tell you one bad thing about Gatorade.

Sometimes it will cause my acid reflux to act up.......so if you drink it.......try to not lay down for at least an hour. (Grape is the only flavor I like.....spoilt me)

I have the same problem with some other things too......like orange juice.

Thanks Lost - thankfully my leg cramps occur once in a blue moon. Maybe I'll try to drink a glass of Gatorade each day...
