  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I stood in line for an hour to get Burning Crusade as soon as it came out. I tried to make up for my geekiness by not buying the collector's edition. I had almost quit cold turkey before BC came out, but I'm hooked all over again.

I play on Darkspear, Horde side. 61 Troll Warrior, 37 Undead Mage, couple lower Blood Elves. But no paladins. I refuse to join the parade of BE paladins littering the server.

I love the boy BE dance though...

I have a question for you other WoWers. Okay, well... my troll hunter is a REAL procrastinator, you see (yeah yeah, I know everyone and their grandma is a hunter, but it's good for soloing). I was walking through the barrens, just bored and looking for someone to talk to at the outpost when I saw I had a mail icon.

I went to the mailbox and found that I had a reminder from the Horde that my gold taxes were due soon... it was nice of them to remind me, I had completely forgotten. Anyhow, I went to Ogrimmar and waited in line for about an hour (it was quite laggy). I picked up my 1040 EZ, but I also grabbed an itemized deduction list for a change. After going through my loot pay stubs, it occured to me that I had no idea what I was doing as far as itemization goes... so:

Can guild finances be deducted considering that they might be considered a not-for-profit organization benefiting the confederacy of the horde in the first place?

Can I also deduct all money used for the maintance of armor, weaponry, health, and ammunition for killing murlocks? No one likes murlocks, and I assumed there was some government-sponsered murlock eradication program or something...

Do I have to have a seperate form for each of my professions?

Thanks for your help.

The horde doesn't have the mental capacity for such math. Their intelligence is limited. :D

Ok, I'm all for games that have complex rules, such as Risk. But when you have to do your taxes for your fantasy MMORPG, then it's just getting rediculous. (Aside from that, it's the funniest thing I've ever heard)
