I sent her flowers at school, the guy that does the arrangments for my mom's open houses, did a great job putting together an unique arrangment. I guess it sort of made her professor upset, oh well. Picked her up at school and we went down town to pick up her gift and had dinner at Ruth's. I finally got to bribe someone for a table, that's been a life long dream of mine. That's about it that would be okay for posting, it was all a really good time.

It's probably warmer in Finland right now. And no, I hate the cold. That one is almost as funny as So easy a Caveman can do it Geico ad. I would be rich if I had a dollar for each time someone said it.

I made the green tomato jelly with the cherry flavored jello and it turned out okay, just kind of chunky from the pureed tomato skins, so I think next time I'll take the tomato skins off before cooking.
