for your quotes, I thot you were going to use the Bible- non the less I do not have anything personal against you guys; but I tend to differ in certain issues
1. priests forgiving people (under whose authority)
2. Forbiding the men of God to marry (Paul was against such teachings)
3. The issue of Mary (baffles me big tym)
If u can elaborate on these issues Then I think I'll be able to vote without any biases.
God bless you

I wasnt entirely sure where to vote, I settled on mostly favourable. I would obviously prefer that Catholicism returned to Orthodoxy but nevertheless it remains the closest people will come to an Orthodox church in much of the world.
And we prefer that Orthodoxy return to Catholicism. So there. ^_^

Agree on all counts. Hopefully one day they will stop being schismatics and the two largest "denominations" can go back to being the One Holy Church on Earth as it is in Heaven.

I find it useful to say that our communions are in schism with each other. Calling one group "schismatics" over another accomplishes nothing. Speaking on a strict historical basis, the church split, one communion did not leave the other.

Hmmmm, not sure how harmoneous it would be if he sang in Greek and I sang in Latin. We can give it a shot though....^_^

True but we are no longer in communion with one another. God grant this may change in our lifetime. :crosseo:

Actually its the Orthodox that are the schismatics. (Halfway joking, halfway serious.)

I had to vote honestly... I voted mostly unfavorable. I'd say I am unfavorable regarding the RCC because there are things that are not biblical including a papacy among other things.

As far as the people though, I think they are in God's kingdom the same as I am. I just don't agree with their teachings for the most part, nor their "dogmas" nor their OT "canon". I agree with the Hebrew canon of the OT. And I do not adhere to the Infancy Gospel of James. These are just some things.

Actually the papacy is very Biblical. Read here:

No, it isn't. That is your personal belief.

I agree with Psalm 18, and this is what Peter confessed.

Psalm 18:31

31 For who is God besides the LORD
And who is the Rock except our God?

And Psalm 18:46

46 The LORD lives! Praise be to my Rock!
Exalted be God my Savior!

Anyhow, you asked for my opinion...not a debate.
