Also, I am better informed, if those people knew anything, it is that Americans are bloodthirsty, we have been then forefront of many wars , and we also possess better weapons and technology then they do. What level of foolishness must they have possessed to think they even had a fightning chase once they declaired open war like this?

No. We believe that we're to pray for our enemies and reach out to them in love. We convert our enemies by the preaching of the Gospel.

You say "The Terroist" like they are a single enity. Such is a mistake of logic. Terrorist are little more then scattered bands of hate fuled people, regardless of their religion.

My attitude towards Christianity in relation to which part of the Terrorist view of Islam? I don't see any correlation between what the Terrorist did on 9/11 and Islam. Since this forum is dedicated to questions about Christianity from non-Christians, I'd have to ask you to be more specific.

Your first post asked if we view ourselves the same as Islamic Terrorists. Do you really think anyone in their right mind is going to say "yes"? This leads me to believe you have a point you are trying to make instead of asking a sincere question...so, what's your point?

anyone giving their lives for the cause can be considered hot for that cause, I suppose. The bible says he hates lukewarm ones, the ones who really aren't hot or cold toward Him.

But pitting christianity only against Muslim extremists is a bit offensive (since in the international community they are considered criminals basically). You can also say christians are as committed as doctors are to saving lives, and as firefighters are to rescuing people from burning buildings. Christians want to save people from sin and death, Jesus is the Answer to sin and death. God does want us to be hot in our love. But to kill others is not God's love, He created life, He doesn't want to kill. He gives a way past death in Jesus.

OK...I'd have to stick with "no". A Christian fundamentalist does not equal a Muslim extremist (or any other religious extremist). A fundamentalist, as I was taught, is someone who takes the Bible literally without interpreting for spiritual meaning. But there is still a line that is not crossed, and that line includes not doing things like what happened on 9/11.
