The post title is still seen by others, but they can not read the posts in the sub-forum. Please post in this thread so will know you made it and are ready to begin...

2. Will give others a chance to reply and decide if they still want to be on team... If have not replied by Nov.18,2006 then will assume they are not active or do not want to be on team and we will have new members take their place...

I think all the posts about what pets have been adopted should be cleaned up. That's what the other board is for right?!

another question... to all the Foster Angels... do you want to have your own team leaders even and odd or are you ok staying with the Rescuers??

as for what needed to be changed I think it would be great to clean up the abandoned angels (we've already discussed that there) and adding the pets created since the last list update to the watchlists....

someone in the main forum said she's working on a pet inventory...maybe that could be used to make sure we have every pet looked after....and then we might have to check if there have been new pets created once a month and add them....shouldn't be too difficult since you would just have to continue from the last pet number

Yes you are right. this private forum is now for our team only to discuss different things and not which pet has been adopted. We use to save all the reports to one time a month which you sent me a report of which pets you adopted to who so we would not have all the extra posts... That way one person could total everything and I recorded it in my blog for everyone to see what has been done the previous month... It was working great until we started slacking off on reprts given to me and i had to try find them on my own which was impossible for me to do...

Who is our Team Leader?
The only one I have seen with any regularity
is CFPR 22. I will be agreeable with what everyone else is agreeable to. CFFA6

I tend to do most of my work from my main account, just using this one to house a foster pet. My ravenscape account has some special access for doing armory work, and things come to a grinding halt when I'm logged on to this account.

All present and accounted for... it would have been easier if the PM to come to the meeting... had been sent to my CFFA account which has access to this forum...

I like the cureser over the paw showing team membership...

It makes no difference to me whether a CFPR or CFFA is in leadership as long as the responsibilities are maintained... Renuka is doing a GREAT job...

I think someone on the CFPR/CFFA staff ought to have the power to put the abandoned pets up for adoption. If a pet owner has not been online in 30 days they ought to lose pet privaledges if they abondoned their pet when they left. This should be clearly stated/announced. I believe the current policy, as I understand it, is to leave the pets in the hands of irresponsible pet owners. This is a mistake as I see it.

If the above is implemented all the CFPR/CFFA staff should be made aware and given a thread link to report abandoned pets.

That's my .02 for now...

This is great... Happy to see all the discussions going on. Yes please keep letting us all know what you expect and/or want from our team...

Few have pm'd me with thoughts about what is expected from who.... This needs to be discussed also. Some rescuers/angels want to be active on team but are not able to be on everyday... to me this is fine... I can not log on everyday either... But I think we need to change the teams around a little for the ones who want to be more active and the ones that dont want to be... with the new icon giving access to this forum it gives us easier control of who comes and who doesn't. I don't think it matters if you are rescuer or angel at this point because with everyone, life changes and so does computer time....
Any thoughts are welcome... *LD*

I feel we need to be a lot more precise and articulate about the team work etc

Amen to all that....there are pets whose owners haven't been online for months and we are just feeding them

Whatever changes are made... I hope I can be the angel without a number...LOL

I made this account an SS for a year and I ran the posts up so I have regular income to do the job...

So I don't want to see any adjustments there...

I also like being on team HOPE..

as far as I know CFpetRESCUER4 aka Blue is getting married and has not been online latley cause of that
