CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The font on the note saying its ok? Nah, I was busy getting to my Yoga class so as long as everything was alright and inside, I didn't need to worry.

It is going quite well. I only have two more classes, but I think I'll sign up for another series. Probably a flow class for dummies (or beginners as they call them). I'll see how that goes. If it goes well, then I'll get a class pass and just go to whichever classes I want. If it doesn't I think I will try some private lessons.
It did almost kill me on Thursday. We were doing back bend things and one made me dizzy and made my vision all wonky. It was like how my vision gets when I have a migraine. Not fun.The weird thing is I can do the same thing in a different orientation, but standing up I can't.

Lavender. Duh.
It was first used in the mid to late 1600s and is the frequentative form of the word "snug." Snug is of Scandanavia or Norse origin of a word meaning short haired. It then became something meaning close or tight fit and eventually became to mean a state of comfort.
