Sometimes troubles come upon us, it may be some sort of niggling health problem, you have no one to talk to no real friends or close family or perhaps you are not the kind of person to share these things. This is what happens sometimes. I have written this because so many people attribute every illness or affliction the Enemy.
It starts like this:
You have an ache or a pain you have not had before and your mind starts to think of many things it could be and indeed may be.
You MIND thinks & THINKS, your HEART begins to FEEL upset, Your MIND thinks more about and your HEART gets more upset. Your HEART & FEELINS begin to effect your heart & anxiety levels, they increase pace. Your MIND worries about & Your HEART REACTS and gets more up tight. As it does your MIND worries even more and more. Soon you are in very panic or upset state. You now have to go to the doctors because your depressed and have high blood pressure etc.
BUT along the way Satan or his demons see the what's happening to you and jump onto the band wagon to help you get even more up tight and distressed and panicky. It started off with you and ended up with the enemy involved. It could well be the case that he started attacking you from the first time you started to worry etc.
All of this needed not happen if one had applied these two scriptures and exercised FAITH in them that is TRUST.
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Isaiah 26:3 You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.
When you feel tempted to worry about things or get panicky or up tight, it is time to rely on Gods word to bring you through before you allow it to take over you.
Gods PEACE will GUARD your HEART & MIND, His PEACE comes by TRUSTING in His GOODNESS and plans for your future ands that He is 100% in control of all that happens to you no matter how you feel. He obliterates fear, worry, anxiety panicky times.
Isaiah 26:3 says PEACE is derived from TRUST.
