I know most people don't believe in making wishes because tv tricked us viewers into believing that "your wish won't come true" which is false. Whatever you want to wish, just wish for something and I promised you it's will come true. Just don't expect it to come true right away. It takes time. Whether it's on your birthday, or a wishing fountain at an amusement park.

But Moses replied, “Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the Lord’s people were prophets and that the Lord would put his Spirit on them!”
Moses wishes for Lord's people to become prophets and so that the Lord would put his Spirit upon them. This is Moses' wish.
