Who is that girl across the way?
The one I see almost every day.
She fills me with a heart so true,
A gentleness; I see in you.
With hair that reaches to her knees.
And eyes that sparkle in the breeze.
With summer here and spring now gone,

What would happen if she were,
To not return tomorrow for sure?
Would I be able to go to work,
Without her charms? Without her looks?
But here she comes again for me,
That sweet young face that I long to see.
If only I would have the courage,
To speak to her………………
