Tape R456-The Steps To God's Power II

Holy Spirit: "For a whole new world is waiting for you who shall discover the walk of the Spirit and those things that be of Heaven. For hear what the Spirit would say, the carnal mind is enmity against God. Indeed it cannot understand those things that be the deep things of God. But I have given unto you Him who has come in baptism. He who has baptized your spirit for the purpose that He might lead you out of those things that have you in bondage for lack of understanding, and lead you by the cool brooks and the rivers of living water. That you might not only hear these things that be of My Word, but that you may participate and enter in and understand.
Hear what the Spirit would say, for the traditions of men and religion have entered in and robbed many that they could not understand, and quenched the hunger and thirst that they had within their souls. Follow after Me, for I have sent My Spirit to order your path. Allow the praying that is of My power and I will lead you out of everything that I have set you free from, and will begin to manifest in you everything that I said that you could be. Oh, but hear, oh, but hear, hear, even from the beginning, hear, and be enduring and persistent, for indeed I will come, saith the Lord, and I will have your reward and your callings in My hands."
Pastor Dave: “As time grows near the end, you might as well know, His power is going to increase because His Word is increasing and people are finding out how to give everything they have to Him. He says a new breed of people are coming forward, and the part that threw me, was that He is sending many, many people into Tulsa and, somehow, somehow inTulsa, and I think it has to do with our prayers, I don't know how to say this, but I think it has to do with all of the praying we are doing, that somehow we are going to have our contribution to the end time here, out of Tulsa. People are coming in and He is going to change lives, and a generation is coming forward that His hand is going to rest on with not only a foundation of the Word, but such power, such power and such giftings and such moves of the Holy Spirit. Amen. When I looked up He said, I have sent many of these for that purpose. I want you to start praying for people for that purpose.”

Tape R463-Killing The Root, Not The Fruit

Pastor Dave: “If a person only gives their soul over to the influence of their surroundings in the world and never takes time to offer your soul before God in worship, in the Word, and praying in the Holy Ghost, then if all you are doing is giving yourself to the influence of the world, just everyday business, just everyday business, and you never stop outside of a few services a week to give yourself to some guy saying some stuff about the Word, then usually the world will pull on us harder than our dedication to God pulls on us. So I am hearing a definite strong word for all of you: Increase your private worship time. Increase the ministry to your soul, increase that along with your praying in tongues.
PROPHECY
Tape R475-Yielding To The Holy Spirit
November 19, 1995 - Dave Roberson
Holy Spirit: "For he that knows to do good and does it not, to him it is evil, saith the Spirit of Grace. For they that call upon Me and say, ‘Have mercy on me, my Heavenly Father,’ and for those who know to do good and do it not enter into a realm, says the Spirit of the Lord, where they violate those principles that I have placed on the inside of them and made them responsible for. For he that hears and knows what to do and does it not, to him it becomes evil. It becomes evil because when you walk in violation of My Word you take a step back, and that place you used to occupy, then the evil one now occupies and takes up a place of authority in your life. And, oh, you that call out for mercy and you that call out for grace, hear what the Spirit of the Lord would say, for he that would turn and do the good that he knows to do releases Me and puts the devil to flight.
Hear what the Spirit would say, many of you ask Me to do that which I cannot do, for you willfully have walked into a violation of My Word. Hear what the Spirit would say and turn to your first love. Turn to that hunger that you had for My Word. Turn for that service that you once rendered to Me in free-will worship when you knew Me in the early days when even your emotions were excited about the walk that you had with Me. Enter not into the cares of this world for they will wear you out and they will take your rightful position in Me away from you so that I cannot do even that which I would."
"With great price to Myself did I leave the ability to choose within your hands. I will move upon you with worship and I will move upon you with revelation and I will move upon you with the Word and I will move upon you through people. I will clear the atmosphere from devils and station angels. I will do everything conducive to the right choice but I cannot, saith the Spirit of the Lord, make the choice for you. For this fellowship I must leave with you, says the Spirit of the Lord.
But hear, hear the delight of Heaven, the angels rejoice in My presence in those whom I have instructed to carry out the business of Heaven. Rejoice in My presence. Those who know Me rejoice in My presence every time My children turn and say, ‘I worship My Father. I choose to serve and walk with Him.’ Even when the circumstances dictate that everything I say that they are, every instruction and every promise that I have made for you seems to be in violation of My Word. Oh, I rejoice when My servants elect their free-will decisions to turn to Me with My Word in their hands and say, ‘I believe what my Father has said.’ Heaven and the angels dance and worship in My presence every time that that strength is shown in choice to choose Me, says the Spirit of Grace."
"For I delight in those who seek Me out early. For I delight in those who desire to know Me in fellowship. I delight in those who seek to know Me early in the trial, early in the adversity. I delight in those who seek My path against the diversities of their emotions and the circumstances who rise daily and ignore totally everything that the enemy has said. Ignore totally the emotions that he hammers out with his anointing and sends against you wave after wave after wave. And those who choose to ignore and enter into worship with Me early that they might turn their emotions and might experience transformation of the soul, that they might stand in My presence and lift their hands and say again, ‘I choose, I choose!’"
"For many times I come, oh, I come, says the Spirit of the Lord, and I come seeking and searching that I might bless you only to find the enemy standing where you once stood. And, oh, I desire and I seek to find a way around him that I still may bless you. And he comes with accusations, and he comes with his rights, and he comes dictating Word. And, oh, I seek to bless, says the Spirit of the Lord, but I find him occupying the place where you once stood when you elected to violate the Word and chose the world. Hear, hear again, hear again what the Spirit would say, I desire to visit, I desire to incite worship in those who meet together with Me but I cannot. I desire to incite My Word up in them and I search daily for just the tiniest light that I may grab hold of it and ride that tiny beam into your heart, that I may excite you and answer your prayers. But I find very little, says the Spirit of Grace, for those shepherds have let them go. They would rather at the price keep them in the sheep pen within a range that they might be harvested very easily with minimum trouble. But, oh I desire, I desire, I desire, says the Spirit of the Lord, and search for the tiniest rays of light. But the shepherds have kept Me in the sheep pen and kept Me on a level of operation with the people that they've kept the people in. But, oh, I desire to bless.
Hear what the Spirit would say, for I am here and I am on standby every day with your spirit pleading My case that I may guide you into all truth. But many, many have filed Me away in a place that I cannot even come out and present My case anymore. Hear what the Spirit would say, yield yourself."
"There are those who love Me in spirit and they love My truth, but they have entered into a certain place and will not let me go any further with them, saith the Lord, because they have elected to live at a certain wide place in the road. And even though I have called them many times to come on, they have not come. And one day, heed they not My call, says the Lord, the enemy will come and he will pull their ministry in, their life in, using the flesh so that whatever I have placed within them in the spirit will be corralled and rendered ineffective. In this wide place in the path you have chosen to live in strifes, in hatreds, and emulations. You have chosen to live in a realm where problems are always the order of the day. Where there are problems in the body, I always find you there, says the Spirit of the Lord. In this wide place where so many have paused, yes, they love the world."
Pastor Dave: “But whether you are the offender or the offendee, whether it is a capacity to continue to hurt people, to offend, to keep strife gendered, to hurt people, then you have a weakness. Every time He begins to put a building on you that will pull your life together, the devil comes, throws a lasso around it and kicks the foundation to pieces. It renders your gift ineffective because nobody wants to hear you. They have no confidence in your counsel. Whether you are the offender or the offendee, the one who had the capacity to receive the hurt, both of you are weak. Paul called it carnal. That kind of weakness is a place to be from, not going to. I know no one who, in the metamorphosis to maturity, that did not pause at that wide place in the road. They love God. But whether you are the offender or the offendee, He cannot put a building on you.”
Holy Spirit: "And, oh, says the Spirit of the Lord, come, come, come. Hear what the Spirit would say, for I desire with the milk to nurture. For there is no permanent situation that Icannot change in your life. Come, come."
Pastor Dave: “There is a difference between having a fault, and hating it as bad as God does, yet you are a prisoner to it because, although you may know the Word, you don't quite understand the transformation process to it. So against your will it seems to hold you captive. But, oh, you hate it. And that might be something that you are holding against someone that you are trying to get rid of. But you hate it. God hates it as much as you do. You hate it as much as Him, but you just don't know quite how to deal with it yet. My friend, that kind of problem, you can take communion with. God is working in you. He hates it, you hate it, and He is standing there with blessings. He is giving them to you because of your heart and because you are actively dealing with the problem. It is when you come not caring, with the strife and the malices and the hurting, that you hurt people and you are calloused to it, you, you my friend, is who He is talking about. He finds the devil standing where blessings once stood.”
“It is the same thing with somebody in adultery. The Word says to take a person like this and mark them, do not even so much as eat with him. The Word says to not even eat with an adulterer or adulteress. Yet in the modern day church if we did not eat with adulterers and adulteresses, there would hardly be anybody to eat with. It is sad, people, and I say that grievingly. Sometimes I wonder how God can do anything. But here is your difference. Yes, you are supposed to mark them, but there is a big difference between a person who wants help from God so bad that they are seeking the help. Those, he said,‘ Consider yourself that you be not overtaken with their fault.’ But those we are supposed to minister to, when they hate it as much as God and they want to be free so bad. The other one is a hunter or a huntress and they come hunting with no intention of changing, and they don't care. Now that one you mark. There is a difference.”
