Not in the way I wanted to.
Let me explain.
So Friday night after work, I went home and drank cold fish soup (fish broth with chunks of Roma tomatoes). It was leftovers and it was on the stove and it had been..3 days? since it had been made. I know I should have at least reheated it to a boiling temp before consuming..and I probably should have eaten something prior AND during my 8hr shift that day.. but I didn't.
The soup tasted great. There was nothing off about it in terms of taste.
Little did I know.. that a couple hours later..i would be bent over the toilet puking.
Since Friday night, I haven't had an actual 3-course meal. I have had a bit of rice and a whole avocado the day after. And the day after that, I had a turkey lunch with all the fixings of side dishes but that was it for that day. I have had nonstop diarrhea and have been semi on a 'BRAT' diet.
I have lost almost 10 lbs and I'm pretty sure it's from dehydration.
So morale of the story is...dont consume anything that is 3 days old and make sure to reheat.
